When our inspector arrives at your inspection, make sure you take the time to complete the customer service evaluation form the inspector presents to you. If you don’t have time at the inspection, take the online customer service form at the time you log in to pick up your report. Either way your feedback is crucial to our success. We need to know where we can make improvements to our service.

At AmeriPro, we track the customer service satisfaction rating with every inspection and make this available for view by the public. We have designed our own customer service evaluation rating system for all our listed inspectors. It is based on the communication, technical and customer service skills of each inspector

Knowing that all users are treated fairly and professionally is critical for us. We have not made it easy for our inspectors to achieve a 100% satisfaction, they know they must earn their rating from you.
